 HYUN-JEONG NAM received her Ph.D. in Applied Linguistics from Trinity College, University of Dublin. Her research has focused on the mental lexicon in second language acquisition as well as second language pedagogy. Her recent studies investigated L1 mediation in L2 lexical access, word associations and idiom processing, using collocations for teaching vocabulary, and L2 learner communication strategies.
